So, I'm trying to avoid an HR nightmare with a co-worker * 1
    #25712620 -

I'm trying to find a way to compliment this woman without violating any HR rules.

Perhaps " The color of your eyes, matches the good mood of the day"

Or .... Your personality compliments the mood of the afternoon"

and then lead into something like

" would you like to do something OUTSIDE of work, like something we both have an interest in, like parks and the outdoors, music, or perhaps see the holiday lights?"

I dunno. What do you think?

I'm too old to be unprofessional about it.

Input, comments, suggestions. HELP! lol

This totally depends on if she is giving you signals that she's interested in you.

I think she is like me. She could give two fucks if anyone is interested in her. She's slightly older than me, but yes, she makes an effort to make conversation with me, if that counts.

And she has responded well to my flattery in the past.

Are you her superior? That's another big one.

If not then its not a big deal to ask her to hang out outside of work I don't think but if she thinks your a creep she can complain about it. I bet you're totally fine.

Yeah very valid question, I know.

And no

She's actually technically mine in the upcoming weeks. It's just a part-time BS job that I don't really care about too much anyways.

But yeah honestly I don't really care. I just thought it'd be fun to go out and have a good time with someone else.

But why would I want to do that when I'm having a jolly good time myself!

Come the next few weeks I'm going to ask her though, if she want's to do something outside work. Real casual of course.

I don't hit on women while working as a rule.

When they're working, or when I am.

Probably best to skip the psuedo-flirty comment and just ask her out on a date.

Nah, because the fact remains that I don't want to actually "date her" ... Or even have sex with her.

This is a friendship only thing.

I had a dreamy professor who would spend a little extra time with me in class. It was cell culture and I think she might have known I grew shrooms. We were manually counting cells and she was talking about how much she had to use the automated cell culture at her job. She said she had to insert slides "in and out, in and out, in and out" all day. I was so damn in love with her and I kinda felt like she was playing with me. I doubt it though, I was frustrated. I looked at her and said "it must be so easy".  Her face turned bright red.

I had a dream that I was inside of her vagina. My full body. I couldnt help myself.

Do you feel like mental sex was wrong? Even if she was married? or pregnant at the time?

Could you have helped yourself? Was it OK that you did that?

did you open up doors that you didn't know about by mentally sexually being with her?

WHat happened? WHat is the moral of the story?:mushroom2:
