Its a personal thing. I usually wait till most of them have pulled away from the veil. Some people harvest when the first one opens and some people wait until all of them have opened. They will get a little bigger yes. Keep an eye on them tho because they can go fast at this point.

Sorry for the Newb question but what substrate is that having a hard time telling if that's a BRF cake or something different. Also really sorry to hijack your post if you will however I'm new to shroomery and can't for the life of me figure out how to add a avatar to my name and not sure where to ask. Even pointing me to a post or help would be awesome THANK YOU!!

That is the old fashioned 2 1 1 brf cake recipe mastered 4 years if you click your name and go to profile you should be able to find your avatar settings there
