thats why I want to do a mcdonalds diet because its easy to count calories cause the calorie count is on the menus, im not into trying to count calories at home because you have to weigh all your food

Focus on nutrition diets are short lived and aren't a viable lifestyle. Nutrition and exercise will help you lose fat and gain muscle. Dont eat McDonalds the calories there even if you eat low amounts are still full of unhealthy fats high amounts of salt and additives/bi-products.

If you want to lose weight fast and keep it off cook your own meals. I consume 3 meals a day consisting of chicken breasts/ground beef lightly seasoned eaten plain, whole grain pasta quinoa or rice and a mixture of green vegetables containing broccoli green beans peas and corn for sweetness. I season my meat with salt pepper paprika onion powder minced garlic and a touch of olive oil. I season my vegetables with chicken and beef bouillon salt pepper and 1 tbsp unsalted butter. Pasta and rice I eat plain but quinoa gets the same seasonings as vegetables.

Being healthy and lean is a lifestyle. Dieting is not a lifestyle the term diet is something that doesnt last. You need to learn to find foods that are healthy and that you can eat EVERYDAY. Drink nothing but water! Rant over but I feel if you are trying a McDonalds diet I needed to just relay a little information. Stay away from fast foods altogether.
