Autoimmunity Inflammation and Mushrooms

I'm trying to work out the difference between claims that mushrooms stimulate vs immunomodulatory the immune system. The issue being two fold, mushrooms aren't all the same and the immune system isn't one thing.

I've found some small studies, none on humans , that show slight immunosuppression of TH-17 which is involved in Lupus/Sjogrens etc.

I'm looking for evidence ( even by way of anecdote) that any type of mushroom is anti-inflammatory for those with autoimmunity.

I'm also looking to balance this with anecdotes of inflammation and how long the inflammation lasted.

hi i'm also interested in studies and articles about mushrooms (and marihuana) and effects on the immune system especially in combination with autoimmune diseases like thyroid dysfunction, lupus etc.
would be nice to learn something!
