Mushroom ID request, Western OR, found around tree

Both of these species were found in an orchard and far apart from each other in Western OR.  I'm sure species #2 is an edible mushroom but I'm unsure of #1, any ID?
It got dark quick I couldn't get great pictures. These are around the base of a live tree. I can not find any reference for what they could be






After looking at the mushrooms more I found they had small bumps in the center

This mushroom was found in the center of the cluster of mushrooms that was found

Species #1
Habitat: These were found around the base of a tree, after separating the mushrooms from cluster small pieces of wood were found and I'm guessing this is what it was actually growing on

Gills: Whiteish

Stem: Brown while getting more brown as the stem descends

Cap: Cap is no more than 1 1/2"

Spore print color: Will do one soon

Bruising: Not sure

Other information: These were found close and around the base of the tree. It got dark quickly pictures didn't turn out good

This was growing on the side of a dead tree

Species #2
Habitat: This mushroom was found growing on a dead tree.  This was found farther away from species #1
Gills: White

Stem: It has a thick white stem

Cap: Cap is very dark brown almost looking black and seems to feel slimy upon touch

Spore print color: Not done yet

Bruising: No visible bruising

Other information: It was hard to obtain decent pictures of the gills of this mushroom. I was only able to find one of these mushrooms today. It grew directly on the side of a dead tree that is still standing

Species #1 could be a member of the genus Armillaria.

#1 looks like Rhodocollybia Sp.
