Northern PA finds. Need experts!

I did some hunting in northern Pennsylvania last week...

Species 1:
I thought these were Galerina at first and almost walked by them. Then I noticed they looked an awful lot like some of the pictures of ovoids I have seen.

Habitat:
Growing on and around hardwood logs (ash or oak) and bark mulch...lots of rotting wood debris left over from a logging operation.

Gills:
Younger specimens had lighter cream colored gills...older ones were darker brownish. Gills didn't appear to be attached to stem. Became even darker as the caps dried.

Stem:
Whitish, slightly darker cream or tan toward base. Some had dusting of very dark purple/brown/black spores.

Cap:
Light cinnamon brown, lighter toward margin. 1-2" dia, convex, some were wavy. Seemed fairly brittle.

Spore print color:
Dark brown...with maybe some purplish hue. Spores seemed to become darker with time.

Bruising:
None noticed. Old rotting specimens seemed to have some dark bluish colors going on.

Other information:
Notice how the color changed when they dried. Caps became lighter, gills became darker brown.

Species 2:
I'm kind of excited about these.

Habitat:
Found in a horse pasture, growing in grass near dung piles.

Gills:
Dark brownish, became almost black as the caps dried.

Stem:
Narrow, hollow, cream to light brown.

Cap:
Conic/convex, golden brown in center with umbo, grayish or olive toward margin. Notice the thick separable gelatinous pellicle.

Spore print color:
Very dark purple-brown.

Bruising:
I pinched one of the caps and it turned blackish.

First ones look like a Psathyrella sp., second ones probably Deconica sp.
