its been a while but hello again * 2

its quite late and ive been gone a while but ive popped in and checked up on myself and ive missed me quite well ill say.
life has had me in a choke hold and ive been doing pretty good by all regulating standards...

but here i am popping up on a forum ive left and i find myself here with the question,
how the hell are ya and whats life got you up to..
