There are so many different types of beers but fuck a poll. What is your favorite type of beer? Mine is an IPA. If you like IPA’s, I wish you were in Orlando. Please elaborate.

Purple Skink IPA is mine. It’s here in a local microbrewery. I enjoy west coast IPA’s for the most part (ruination and arrogant bastard) but gd, I’m honestly looking for suggestions.

IPA here as well.  IPA’s offer a pretty wide spectrum when it comes to flavors.

My absolute personal favorite is Pseudo Sue by Toppling Goliath.

I love Hefeweizens and White Belguims.

Favorite brand is Bluemoon.

My least favorite is IPA. Way too bitter.

pseudo sue is a damn good ipa for the price. Im a big fan of new england style double ipa. i had a nice citra triple on sunday at counterweight. i mean ive drank alot of incredibly rare white whales over the years. at this point ive tried so many beers over such a time frame its really hard to pick a favorite as styles have evolved so much over time. most of the best beers ive had were a very specific batches of very rare beers. sometimes i wish i statted using an app like untapped years ago to document all this shit. i just always thought stuff like that was dumb. as far as best breweries prop trillum treehouse bissel tired hands foam tilted barn umm theres tons more im forgetting

IPA or a good lager. I miss living in Halifax, there are some excellent microbrews in the city.

Interesting. Seems like a more mature crowd on this site. I anticipated multiple lagers. Red wine in beer... Adventurous... I just like that bitter with that hint of citrus and that hoppy smell. Dogfish head is decent in my opinion and you can never go wrong with Coronas or some of those basic beers to get a little buzz going but I’m over that concept personally. I’m almost 31 and trying to refine the taste. I’m not trying to get drunk just to get drunk anymore haha. I wish y’all could try my the IPA I’m talking about. It’s mindblowing and trust, I’ve drank a lot of cerveza in my life time.

I was waiting for the sour comments honestly. That’s newer to my palate at least. It’s a very refined taste. Props.

I was not expecting to find another psuedo Sue fan on here.  I’ve never seen it anywhere outside the state of Iowa.  And it’s even hard to find there sometimes.

I like sours, especially grapefruit. Something about the ble d of hops and citrus that compliment eachother.

There's a Saison called "El Superbee," An American Ale called "Blood & Honey," and a pineapple cider local to me, all of which I really like.  I've tried lots of styles, but the only thing I really dislike is bourbon barrel aged beer.  If I wanted bourbon flavor, I'd drink bourbon.

IPA. I wanna feel like I'm being smashed in the mouth by a thousand angry hops when I drink one.

I like imperial stouts a lot but my favorite brewery is Unibroue. All of theirs are awesome to me except Trois Pistoles (fruit beer, very rich you might like it) and their new Megadeth themed one A Tout Le Monde even though I love metal. It was too hopsy IIRC.

They have a new apple one too that's good. I still have one in the fridge come to think of it.
