would also like harsher punishments for people who rape or sexually assault others -- do not feel it currently in line with the types of psychological trauma it can leave on a life
you or someone you love being violated in such a manner will destroy you, and leaves an indelible mark on multiple lives

but making either crime "more illegal" isn't going to make criminals less likely to try and ruin people

we need to find some way to improve the culture around sexual assault and reporting rapes
we need rape to become so uncommon that rape allegations are readily recognizable as either true or harshly punished as false

There is currently an FBI investigation regarding the accusations. No one is publicizing it cause they want to sneak in the conformation. He's already been confirmed though and I really dont know what the investigation is going to do. People should be rioting.

THERE WAS NO RAPE! Do people even follow the issue? Seems like you're all just reacting to the headlines but never watched the testimonies. She was not crying like people have said. I don't want this dipshit as supreme court judge but it's going to happen and there is nothing she can do about it. If she wants an apology from a groping that happened 36 yeas ago at an underage teenage party, then she is crazy as shit. If he says that he did grope her, he loses his seat.
