lost and stranded doesn't apply as much now. that's just how I tend to feel at least in the sense of being human after a difficult but rewarding experience, this was written about 6 hours after dropping the LSD

I now what you mean I felt this sometimes when everything was getting to much for me
it helped me to controll and watch my breath
