Man half of you all don't know a damned thing about sexual assault. The VAST majority of victims don't bring it up for this exact reason. A bunch of nobodies who have no involvement in the issue saying stupid shit like "she was asking for it" or "she's just trying to ruin a good mans reputation". It is extremely difficult to get a rape conviction, so if it only exposes victims to criticism what is the point? She's bringing it up now because Kavanaugh is not just another shitbag rapist who got away with it but because he's a shitbag abuser who got away with it and is now being nominated to the supreme court. She has everything to lose and nothing to gain. She's already received threats. People are saying all kinds of nasty things about her. She fucking cries through the whole testimony.

Anyways, this isn't a partisan issue. Trump has a track record of appointing people with questionable moral standards and conflicts of interests. How anyone can not see the lack of humanity in these goons and blame the girl is beyond me. Pick another conservative. I could care less. Just pick one that doesn't have assault allegations, is a science denier, or has obvious conflicts of interest. Pick one that actually sounds like a normal caring human being when they talk. I don't remember past administrations being remotely this controversial regardless of party affiliation. Trump picks scumbags and ya'lls basic human decency radars are whack

Its been interesting reading all these stories about the high school party culture in Montgomery County in the 80s. I was there. I wasn’t a member of the “in” crowd in high school, but i did go to some pretty crazy house parties. There was always someone whose parents would go out of town for the weekend (or longer) and they would throw a party for pretty much any student from Potomac and Bethesda.

These were large parties in large houses. Sometimes the house would be too crowded for everyone so the party would just extend onto the lawn and backyard. Inevitably the police would come and break it up. I remember more than once hiding in the bushes waiting for the police to leave so I could walk to my car.

Alcohol was usually supplied by the host. I never saw any scandalous or outrageous behavior or anything criminal besides underage drinking.. I don’t remember the dates of these parties, nor the address. (One party was at ted koppels house tho). So that part of Fords testimony is believable.
