I tried these once, i ate way more than 60.. didnt work. Maybe because i didnt grind them. Glad you're having a nice time :wink:

Grinding them up is essential. The seed husks are very tough, and your stomach cant dissolve the husk. Needs to be powdered.

Highly recommend powdering them then doing a cold water extraction then removing the water with a turkey baster or pippette. Should help cut out the seed pulp.
