far out! my only criticism about this piece is the over saturation of the colors at to top, it feels a bit too chaotic and my eyes don't know where to turn too (unless that was intentional). excellent work though :thumbup:

Yeah, I agree with TheDude. I love most of your work but this one doesn't do it for me. Just way too busy for my eyes. IMO, the simpler your work, the more impact it has, at least for me.

I'm just trying offer my honest opinion because it seems like people here in the shroomery only offer positive feedback on art here.

Agreed. I'd rather have people just be honest if they don't like something about my work, you aren't gonna hurt my feelings. I'd actually be interested in hearing a fresh perspective so that I might be able to improve upon something. Sometimes you work on a piece for so long that you can overlook an aspect just doesn't fit. The only way you can learn about your work and the different directions it could go is from the input of others. It's not a personal attack, just an exchange of differing creative opinions.
