I believe forces within the intelligence community knew what was going to happen and they made sure the terrorists would stand a chance - because the attack was extremely convenient for them to both hogtie the american population by taking much of their freedom and strengthening the police/military force for the big economic crisis to come, at the same time it wa a great excuse for wars which were very profitable for the right people.

They basically let some thugs burn the barn down to collect insurance money, by letting them proceed when they could have stopped them.

Nothing is undisputed, you should know that. In a trial they don't have one side with undisputed evidence, all is disputed and you have to look at the evidence with open eyes and use logic plus common sense
