Some of the media has been hard on him sure, but not all. In fact a lot of it has been relatively soft on him in an effort to avoid being seen as partisan.

You can see it in the wording of many articles. For example we get stuff like "Trump now trying to find alternative funding for border wall after mexico refuses" instead of "Trump goes back on promise and asks tax payers to pay for wall he promised Mexico would fund"... There's a ton of examples like that, they often take a soft approach instead of really hammering him for his lies.

Once again not all of the media, but aside from a few heavily liberal news outlets I think much of the media has gone relatively easy on him.

In comparison you have conservative media bashing Obama for wearing a tan suit, or using Dijon mustard. That is true bashing

If you haven't heard of it, 5 young black men were charged with a crime they didn't commit. Trump called for the return of the death penalty so they could be executed, even after all 5 were proven innocent and the actual criminal was caught Trump never apologized or took back his statements. Hell he even paid for a full page Newspaper add calling for them to be executed... Strange how he never went to the same lengths for any violent white people actually proven to be guilty.
