Raw Milk Diet

I've been on nothing but coffee and raw milk with some ice cream for about a month now. Eating used to be a chore with ups and downs, stomach aches etc... Ghengis's Khan's army ruled their empire on milk alone and a little meat when they could get it. This diet has freed me from soooo much discomfort. People say boring but their exciting is agonizing and has been my whole life. Turns out I have a lot of dairy farmers in my heritage.

Raw milk is so healthy for you. I wish Illinois didn't suck because it's illegal here. Raises your glutathione levels. But why the ice cream, may I ask? If you add some raw fresh pasture-raised eggs your diet will be whole. And you will receive all essential vitamins and amino acids.

I just want some so I can make cheese is all. I definitely couldn't live on only milk and ice cream and that sounds pretty miserable. I'm about to go pick up some tacos and beans and rice at a taco truck in a bit.

Just because you can live off of it doesn't mean it's healthy. I bet you'll get malnourished and get pneumonia or something if you keep it up. It's not natural.

I have been eating about 2-4 organic pasture raised eggs a day as well. Never felt better.

Raw goat milk shakes are awesome once in awhile.Trying to get off the sugar is hard.

I read online recently milk and/or dairy products could cause acne in high dosages. So would a only milk diet cause acne then????

Funny thing is that my painful cystic acne has gone away and only blackheads remain. I did start using high thc and high cbd lotion as well at the same time that I make from my garden.
