It was a cow eye

I remember I showed it to my history class junior or senior year.

..I went to a weird school tho

Another great Dali short film if you haven't seen it is Destino. It's a collaboration between Dali and Disney.

lost but not forgotten.  what's interesting is FOX, MGM and Universal Pictures have all experienced fires in their film vaults.

Many probably haven't heard of it, but Dead Calm with Nicole Kidman, edit- "DOCTOR Grant" (we know how docs get when you refer to them with the wrong prefix) from Jurassic Park lol, and the Zane man is pretty decent.

Quote:
Dead Calm is a 1989 Australian psychological thriller film starring Sam Neill, Nicole Kidman and Billy Zane. It was based on the 1963 novel of the same name by Charles Williams. The film was directed by Australian filmmaker Phillip Noyce and filmed around the Great Barrier Reef.

Don't look it up. Just watch it.

Pretty fucking intriguing.

What about Erik The Viking?

Also Yellow Beard by cheech and Chong is a funny one, it has 1 or 2 Monty python actors as well.

Don't worry about me, I've got all that I need. And I'm singing my song to the sky

You know how it feels, With the breeze of the sun in your eyes. Not minding that time's passing by

I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me

I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

A bunch of Croneneberg's early B movie stuff is pretty boss. One of his earliest ones was shot where I go to school. That one in particular is pretty experimental/unwatchable but it's cool seeing somewhere I spend a bunch of time onscreen.

Videodrome is my top pick of his. The Brood is pretty good too. Rabid is less conceptual and a bit more of a straight up B horror/soft core porn deal, but still cool.
