Excessive insoluble fiber consumption is by far the leading cause ov all colorectal ailments.  Besides ending my alcoholism, the healthiest thing i have ever done for myself was to make a conscious effort to reduce my fiber consumption.  Listen to your body, not the mass ov people who have been duped into believing that insoluble fiber is beneficial for you.

This is why its important to know your genetics.  Diet has helped shape mankind. Different cultures and races do have different ratio in balance of nutrition and consumption

I sometimes buy these protein bars called "no cow" because their full of protein and iron, they also have a lot of fiber in them which constipates the hell out of me.

I don't do well with fiber, always screws me up.
