I don't know if this breaks your ancient Egyptian diet(probably), but turmeric milk tea(golden milk) is an ancient drink and it's fucking delicious spicy sweet warm drink with tons of anti-inflammatory benefits.

Im not, the trace minerals in water balance out the acid in the water and without them the water becomes toxic, like a super solvent that leeches all the good stuff out of you.
