I'm gunna go on the Ancient Egyptian diet for science. * 1
    #24898334 -

So for some reason I found myself researching water/pineal gland/ancient egypt for hours last night, and I've had a revelation. I'm going to eat only organic fish/chicken/fruits/vegetables/nuts and drink distilled water for a month, not im not done researching everything, but ive stocked up on:

Fish
Chicken
Goji berry trail mix (walnuts, pumpkin seeds etc)
grapes, apples, strawberries, bananas, oranges
kale, mushrooms, lentils, garlic, onions
distilled water
mostly the egyptian diet with some added stuff, except for wine and beer, not drinking that shit.

Should I eat any breads/grains? recommendations?
any loopholes that ill need to fill with supplements that you can see?

maybe my notes will interest some people :psychsplit:

Most years saw a magnificent harvest of cereal (barley and emmer wheat, which could be used to make bread, cakes and beer);
vegetables (beans, lentils, onions, garlic, leeks, lettuces and cucumbers), and fruits (including grapes, figs and dates). In addition there was abundant
wild fowl and Nile fish, cattle farmed by the wealthy, and smaller animals (sheep, goats, pigs, geese) kept by the more humble households.

moringa oleifera seeds
The seedpods, seeds, leaves, roots and flowers are all edible and nutritious.
The water-clarifying ability of Moringa powder was found to be due to a positively-charged protein called the Moringa Oleifera Cationic Protein (MOCP). The cationic protein isolated from Moringa seeds kills water-borne bacteria by causing their cell
membranes to fuse. This study revealed the mechanism by which MOCP turns polluted water into safe drinking water.
boiled water
cilantro seaweed garlic and honey third eye fuel, natural detoxifiers, chanting causes pineal stimulation, more secreting, Ua Hua chant
Eye of Horus-pineal gland=Melatonin-More than just sleep-regulating, the melatonin release also affects our stress and ability to adapt to a changing world.
A return path to God is offered when one works to expand third-eye awareness.
We’ve also witnessed groups of animals working as one mind.
Starling murmuration

pineal atrophy
This is also a function of the pineal, which allows them to be in instant telepathy with one another. There’s no individuality of thought, rather all are working as a collective whole for the welfare of the group.
Because it’s inside the brain but outside the mind, a paradox is formed, creating a loophole to escape the contradiction of this reality. The Egyptians taught that when we can contain this paradox, freedom is achieved.

Fibonacci’s golden ratio-pinecone

ion exchange treatment, activated carbon filter after distillation

just to be clear I found all this info in some amazing articles/websites, all credit goes to souls who strive to make it better.

Seems like a lot of work just to be disappointed. If this made you "free" than everyone would do it. For some reason I thought it wasn't good to drink only distilled water. You'll miss out on minerals and the fluoride.

Yeah I'm not sure if its true or not but I've read that drinking only distilled water is very bad for you and can cause serious health problems.

I'm confused.

How is this an ancient Egyptian diet when the foods are mostly not ancient Egyptian foods?

Also, Did the ancient Egyptians drink distilled water?

It would be healthier for you to go out and hunt your own damn meat.

I don't know how strictly you are trying to stick to an "Ancient Egyptian" diet, but Egyptians didn't have pumpkins, oranges, strawberries, bananas, or goji berries.

When the Egyptians started building the Great Pyramid, oranges, strawberries, and bananas (as we know them) didn't even exist yet.

Pumpkins come from the Americas. Strawberries (the type you buy at grocery stores) are a cross of two plants, both of which came from the Americas as well. There are wild strawberries in Europe I think, though.

Oranges come from Asia, and they are a hybrid between a pomelo and a mandarin, which most likely didn't exist yet at the time. Although mandarins are pretty similar, I don't think those made it to Africa until thousands of years later.

Goji berries also come from Asia and most likely were not available to Egyptians.

Not sure about the other foods, and I could be wrong about some of that stuff, most that info comes from Wiki. I just know that most of our modern foods haven't been around super long in the whole scheme of things.

yo, yes it is documented that egyptian alchemists were distilling there water, also boiling, and using the seeds to purify the nile river water, they also collected rain water, which is distilled obv. Yea your right, im using the notes to form a related ancient egyptian diet, dates and figs are super expensive organic, so I went with some cheaper fruit alternatives ofc.

nono your totally correct, its just a money issue with some of the classic egyptian items, but im using their diet as a template.

we get enough of that from "spring" water lol.

Edit: Update on how my day went, so far so good, about to munch down on some kale mushrooms and fish. 2.5 quarts water made it down the hatch, not including the fruits in veg, feeling pretty good after a successful day, didn't cheat, it'll prolly hit me hard in the coming days haha. I swear it's like my body knew what my soul was going to do, and reacted positively, felt super good/relaxed earlier this day.

Edit 2: The ancient egyptians ate with their hands, they would have water cups to rinse there fingers free of sand between bites. ill use a fork, need to invest in some stainless steel shit, also all cooking is either baked/steamed with distilled water.
