Yes I use one, there one of the best cheap
water heaters with a built in thermostates.

Thermostate = key to balanced temps.

afoaf uses a rubbermade bin as an incubator and inside the bin is a small garbage can full of water with an aquarium heater. The bin is always warm and humid, and pretty much never changes temp or humidity. A 50W heater is being used, I'm no heater expert, but i wouldn't go smaller than 50W cuz you might not be able to maintain a high enough temp/humid

so the aqarium heater is good for humidity too ? that's great becose i don't have perlite , so ill just use this method ...
Yes , i was thinking about 50W too , 25W is for 30 liter water , so 50W should be perfect for my incubator ...

50 watt sounds ok, maybe even less.

If you use one with 100 or 150 watt the aquarium heater will turn itself on and off very often to maintain the desierd temperature, and because of this it will be defective soon.

Just keep in mind that the more water you are heating the more stable your temp and humidity will be. So if you want stable, go with a large water bucket and a tough heater.
