Last Nights Expereince (Dead)

Hey man. Last night was my first concert since halloween. Went to see Darkstar Orchestra. Im not really into the dead, but went with alot of deadheads...
I had an awsome time. Of course at first I was nervous, unaccepting, even untrusting of people, but everyone in the audiance was so nice, welcoming, and happy. Full of good vibes. It was funny I usually dont dance at all and the guy right in front of me was probably dancing the most of anyone there, and also the nicest. So I danced more than i would have- THANK YOU WHOEVER YOU ARE. I think he was tripping cause he had such a huge grin the whole concert (among other things) and was just screaming in joy so much. His estaticness was speading to everyone there.
As time wore on I became more comfortable dancing and started to close my eyes and dance--finding my rhythm. I got into the music and the crowd-- i understand, on some level, the whole expereience. Everyone was having such a good time and just mingling with all these happy people was awsome.
I realized that it wasnt about how you looked dancing, or if you were moving 'right'
theres no 'right way'. Its like a crowd of people in their own world sort of.
Sorry if Im rambling... it was a great expereience and I wanted to share

Yeah DSO is great. Adom and I saw them a few days ago and couldn't stop dancing even if I tried. We saw Mountain Girl there too.

DSO is awesome! I've seen them I think 3 times. The first time I saw them, they did a Jerry band show that was SO fucking awesome.

Very rarely, they do. It may have been the only one they did, I'm not sure. It was a real treat. It was at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland Or, which is a magical place in it's own right.

Yeah she's still pretty large. I saw her twice and both times she was by herself, kinda off to the side, observing the crowd. It was a special night because it was a Rex Foundation benefit. They had a bunch of cool art up for auction. DSO played 5-8-77 that night!
