You need
-ground weed(0.2-0.5 Gs)
-cracker, graham cracker, something hard to spread on
-peanut butter, nutella, any kind of oily spread

1) prehaeat oven to 250f
2) cook weed on foil for 12 minutes, try to spread it out
3) take weed out and raise temperature to 300f
4) spread your peanut butter on a cracker and pour the weed on. I like to put peanut butter on 2 crackers and spread evenly. Then put weed on evenly. Then combine both sides and kind of mix the weed into it by squeezing and moving
5) put the sandwich on more foil and bake at 300f for 18 minutes
6) let cool and eat


Ive found this recipe to work well, not burn the weed, and aeems to be effective in terms of getting the most out of what you put in.
