PLO1 - Pleurotus ostreatus
GRF - Grifola frondosa
GNL - Ganoderma lucidum

If mycelium has a blue (lilac, purple) tinge,
LPN might mean Lepista Nuda (Blewit).

The same just happened to me. I also got a mail ( from Milwaukee ) with a piece of agar in an Ependorfer pipette which was labeled LPN. If the sender reads this: please PM me !
