Porn thumbnails are all the same

So, I've been noticing something lately. You know how you can click videos on google and it will show you the thumbnail? Well, it seems that they have all changed to the same fucking selection of videos. Like, no matter what I search, I get the same thumbnails which aren't from the actual video. Anyone else notice this?

People are just getting uncreative and lazy...

Have you noticed how everyone is pornstar, everyone is dj's, everyone is pranksters on youtube, everyone is rappers.... everyone is drug dealers... etc
