, got lots of pins for how little substrate I used, there's another clump coming out of the back. Hopefully a few can grow to a decent size. Seems to be a pretty good strain, just figured I'd post a pic
, but have some jars of your p. ostreatus that should be done in a few days. It's even faster than this pulmonarius strain, will be interesting to see how it fruits. Substrate is alder woodchips/sawdust spawned with a pint of colonized finch seed. Mixed the spawn and chips on the 8th, so it was about a month total from first inoculation to fruits, not bad
