FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK Narked out by my own brother.

heres the deal, my brother has been driving around without a license, and a scale and weed and some bowls for a while now. so it finally caught up with him. he got busted, and taken to the poliece station. he also had $400 in 20's

So when he comes home he says that he only got traffic tickets, and wasnt charged for the weed or the scale or the bowls.

both my mother and i found this strange, so she called the poliece station to find out the whole story.
apparently my bro was charged with posession of parafenalia and canabis.

furthermore the oficer proceded to inform my mother the following.
while my brother was being interrogated about  his sources, he implicated me: "my brother is way deeper into this than me"

so now the cops think that I am suppling my younger brother with ounces.
this is not the case, i dont want him selling weed, i even loaned him $400 to fix his car on the condition that he would not sell anything.

So tonight i come home and ask him if there anything to be worried about. he continues to tell me that he wasnt charged for weed, and proceds to take out his bond, which states that he was charged for parafenalia and weed.

now either he didnt know that he had been charged with it (he seems to have a problem with taking valiums and vicodins and not remembering what happens) or he is totally fucking me over.

either way the poliece are now going to be looking into the actions of my friends and myself.
i want to beat his fucking head in with a baseball bat, i cant blieve this shit, either he narked me out and dosent care if i got troubble, or he was so whacked out on whatever that he gave me up.

what the hell dude. he has stolen from me, disrespected me, and my things, and my friends and their things, and my family and thinks nothing of it.

so i confronted him about and he admitted he narked me out to save himself, and then my mom got on his ass about being drunk, and he just drove off with his drunk friend behind the wheel, and i think that he has been kicked out of the house, and what the hell am i supposed to do here?

I'm sorry that happened to you. If your brother has any kind of seed of decency in him hopefully he'll realize what a shithead he's been and eventually make up for it somehow. In the meantime I suggest you hide anything incriminating you have. I don't know whether getting narced on justifies retaliatory-narcing, but I think in this situation you have the right to defend yourself from the law by any means necessary.

Well i don't know your brother or you or your family (obviously) but,

You're placing too much importance on drugs and pot and drugs, than you are on your family, and it is effecting everyones descisions.

What has happened is that for some reason, you and your brother (and your family) are suffering a "consequence" from using drugs alcohol ect.
-If no Consequences were involved like this, than there would be no problem with drugs/alcohol.
-If you don't get into trouble for it, than you're o.k., but when people start getting arrested you really have to sit back for a moment and think about cleaning up your life a little, so you don't have to suffer any consequence.

I dont have anything to hide, im really not too into things.
i just cant believe that my own brother would destroy our relationship to try and get out of a misdemanor charge.
and then to not even think to tell me that i might want to watch my back.

i dont know what happened to my brother but this isnt him and i dont kow where he went.
honestly i think that he has some secret drug problem, or maybee thats just my rationalisation for him doing this to me...

a brother is more important than drugs or being narked out. he made mistake, even if he hasnt realized it yet. you must rise above this and try to help your brothers problems of drug and alcohol abuse and find out why he is hurting in the first place. love your brothr regardless of what he does, show him by example the power of love

I wouldn't support a brother that had narced me out. One of the weakest things one can do. Don't do anything petty and revengeful, IMHO, but if he's done things like this before, which you say he has with stealing and such, then he's just bad news. I'd stay away from him, people who don't learn just drag others down with them.

Clean house.

Take a deep breath, relax.

Don't talk about drugs on the phone.

Launder any money or spend it (perishables, clothing, drugs). Paper trails are an after dinner mint for cops.

Don't trust your brother with your life in the future. Basically, you *are* trusting someone with your life with the current state of affairs (War on Drugs).

Until they show up with a search/arrest warrant don't worry about it. Just be prepared for it. Until things blow over, anyway. You sound like you need some time off of things anyway. There aren't any laws for previous possession of a controlled substance. Btw, your brother sucks.

on one hand he is my brother, and i love him and always will, on the other hand he is a nark and if he wasnt my brother i would beat the living shit out of him and break all the windows on his car.

I dont even want to see this kid, he's not even sorry, and shows no remorse, he has fucked me over far worse than anyone that i ever know. i can take the open disrespect he gives me and my ideas, the theft of my things, the theft of my money, and the destruction of anything i have, and the things my friends have left in my house. But being narked out..... he has gone too far.

he didnt even tell me that i should watch out, or that he narked on me. if my momo hadnt called the poliece station to find out what was going on i wouldnt know at all, and would be oblivious to the fact that the gestapo poliece of my town are after me.

lsat night i was out at a resturant, and i saw a cop pull up, he came in and walked right towards me. but went to the table next to me.

Now for all of you who dont know, I am extreemely delusional and paranoid to an extent that i find hard to live with, and i was just getting over some of that, but now, in my skewed perception, everyone is out to get me.

Not only has my brother brought me troubble, but he has brought it to everyone that i hang out with. The fucking poliece allready think that some of my friends are "bad apples", but the poliece had been leaving them alone, but after what my brother said, i think the peace is about to be shattered.

what do you do when family turns on you?

if my brother has told the police something like that i would give him a serious ass whoopin. no hard violence just good old ass kicing with no physical harm other than a black eye and then i would set him straight. after that i would forgive and forgett.

I would kick the shit out of him....

he chose it that way. he decided to tell... he decided to not care if you got caught.. he deserves to be removed from this earth and only have a piece of rock describing his short and pointless existence.


I know you love him but what he did was fucked up.. and I would not tolerate it whether is was family or not...in fact I hold family at a higher level so that means they get in more trouble for what they do and they also get more respect if they are good.

if you can't trust your family(blood), who can you?

If  anyone  did something like that to me (with or without showing any remorse) I'd completely cut them out of my life altogether.

I wouldn't recommend violence though, who's to say the little shit wouldn't go bleating to the police again?  :shake:

Now you're very upset and probably not so clear-thinking about him anymore. The most important thing for you right now is to protect yourself the most you can.

Stay clean. Get rid of everything illegal you own or any illegal habits you may have for a couple weeks/months. If you just don't wanna quit smoking, smoke safely and avoid keepin the buds with you.

Question yourself about what kind of life your brother is having and what motivates him to be like that. Chances are he will eventually realize in what kind of bullshit he's currently involved and will deeply regret what he did to you. How old is he? 18-20 i guess?

Just love him or at least don't hate him. He's probably just blinded by his stupid ambitions or way of being.

So nothing bad can happen to you if you stay clean. You're not the one who got caught.
