I'm new to this all, jw is there anything in particular a newbie should know about the Ecuador strain? temp,colonizatin,etc.?

Nope, it's a good strain. Very easy to grow and forgiving if you fuck up a little.

It's about as difficult as growing fingernails :grin:...Read, be patient as well as confident, and be prepared for some slight attrition rate, paranoia about goofing up is the most difficult obstacle, imo.

sounds good, one thing i was worried about though is my terrarium is long and wide enough to fit probably between 6-8 cakes, but it's only 6 inches tall...is this going to be alright?  :confused: thanks a lot for the replys  :laugh:

well i can get another one that was taller (around 16-20inches)but the bottom is smaller so i could probably fit 4 cakes. is it a better idea to have the original one with 6 cakes but it's short, or the taller one with only 4 cakes? also would the taller one be too tall to humidify the way described in the PF Tek with the damp perlite?
