I was thinking about it a bit and miss the fuck out of IRC chat. When it was here I rarely used it but when I did it was always entertaining. RIP IRC never 4 get

When did they get rid of it? I'm pretty sure I was around for it, just never used it.

Pretty sure they got hit with a ddos attack while using a flexible usage plan from a hosting service, resulting in a decent amount of financial damage. I offered to help set up a new IRC server but it went nowhere

I remember the chat. But never used it. Now I regret it because many a night I have wanted to chat with shroomery peeps in real time and been unable to do so.
