My neighbors have these annoying ass chihuahuas that won't shut tf up and its really pissing me off.

Mate, my old house had 5 of the fucking things in the neighbours house/garden that backed onto ours. They fucking yapped like fuck every time I set my foot out the back door. It was literally the ONLY thing I didn't love about that house. So I get it.

Makes me miss my dog so bad to remember though (had to give her over to friends when I moved out)... she used to stare at the fence they were behind but she never let out a single bark or a growl towards them. She used to howl like a wolf when I came home though, but it was like a sound of pure love.

God I love that dog:

That sucks, man. Fucking pets. I've never understood why people have them. Animals belong in the wild, far from our infinitely valuable species, or on farms in certain cases like cows, because we use them for food. I used to get woken up early in the morning all the time by my parents' terrier when I lived with them, and I'm still pissed about having been bitten by dogs on a few occasions when I was little and trampled by them as an adult. I'm so lucky they didn't injure my love organ.

Dig a trench, then dig a tunnel to the neighbors yard. One night, wear full black ops gear with a scuba diving mask and head into the tunnel with nothing but a razor, matches and glue.

Find the dogs, inside. Then shave them, then glue the matches to their bodies. Oh yeah should have mentioned getting a lighter too.
