how to sue someone with no "direct" money?

I'm not sure what I'm trying to ask here but here goes; let's say an accused/convicted killer dragged me into the problem by saying I was a part of it but later proved that I wasn't; how do I sue the person? Let's say the person has some assets like a house, personal belongings that can be pawned for money, etc. Can I acquire those things to sell off?

Also, I'm not sure how bail bonds work but can I sue the convicted killer for dragging me into the problem through his bail bond money set? There had to be a way to drain the sucker down so the sucker can be left with only his prison clothes. Am I allowed to sue his family or what?

You're absolutely pathetic, America isn't supposed to be some awful litigious nightmare like it is, or is becoming.

In order to sue someone for money, you need to show that you suffered damages. Did this cause you to lose your job? your home? What costs are you trying to recoup?

Op was banned from the forum. I think he was trying to sue someone because he snitched on someone else for money but it blew up in his face because whomever he snitched on found out it was him, all those links anon2 posted are his threads.
