Food dehydrators will work. The only thing you have to be wary of is the heat factor. Most good food dehydrators have heat settings on them. Before you go throwing your precious mushies in there, crank it up for an hour or so and check the temp. You dont want it climbing above 110f or so or you will have some potency loss. I dry mine using a combo of fanning and dessicant. In my experience no amout of fanning will completely dry mushies out. so when they feel dry i throuw them in a dessicant chamber to suck out the rest.
