The second point isn't worth rebutting. It's a joke.

The first point should be implicit in opposition to the law: it doesn't affect predators. It does affect trans people.

By the way, have you never heard of the concept of crime prevention?  Hey dude, what do you think your doing going in the ladies room?  I already posted 5 examples of crimes perpetrated by pervs in the ladies' room.  IA simple google search turned them up.  I'm sure are lots more.

No it is not.  It is a very serious legal matter.  If anybody can declare themselves to be female then that is the end of women's sports.  It also applies to government set asides for women and minority owned businesses.  Guido Santa Ganouche can declare himself a woman and his company will be eligible for women owned business preference.  Or are you gonna send the junk inspector for him?  This is not being thought through.

You are completely blinded by your own personal situation.

You're missing the point. He's saying some of these laws (like allowing grown ass men to use women's bathrooms) will make it much easier for predators to do their predatoring. Which is essentially what I was saying earlier. I got nothing against trans people using the bathroom.. but allowing MEN to go in the women's bathroom is a slippery ass slope.

In all of North America, there has been one confirmed instance of a man pretending to be trans to gain access to a women's facility with the intent to do harm.

He is now in prison indefinitely. It did not happen in America. It did not happen in a bathroom. It did not happen in a locker room. He did not target children.

It virtually never happens. Y'all're afraid of the boogeyman.
