mycelium growing completly over the cap

OK i had this mushroom mature but instead of looking like a regular cap it has mycelieum over the top and the cap really doesnt look p.cubensis

Afoaf was wondering if there was a way to tell if there
was too humidity. She's built a 11x15x11 PMP and
after 15 mins of running the rH was 99%. There is 4
1/4 holes in the lid to let air out. It also has a 50W
submersible heater to bump the temp up if need be.

So do you guys have any idea s how to prevent this i use internal humidification and grow on wheat staw im going to try airing it out more often.

Are you sure this is mycilium growth? Is it kinda hairy looking?

If so im pretty sure its contam...
