Hey everyone, my first post here in The Pub.

Check this video out!

If anyone is able to print the custom 3D printed piece, I'd absolutely buy it off of you so I could make one of these myself!

I became inspired by this and am now designing an extendable/retractable metal fire sword in the design of a lightsaber that all retracts into the hilt. Hopefully I can pull this off and in a few months will have finished to post final product!

with his design, waving very fast makes it loose the flame. It's basically just a big zippo. as for my design with the telescopic rod in the middle, would remove this issue and allow for real sword play.

the butane container would have to be in extreme heat to have the saber have any dangerous effect (besides the huge fire column) causing an explosion, but as the butane is pressurized so much, its moving out and away from the container fast enough to keep the flame away.
