What you need for that is a watt-minute sent as a 1 millisecond pulse. Completely ruins someones day.

Being shot with a substantial laser pulse is no picnick by the way. It pokes a hole in you, then when that hole is deep enough the expanding gases rip you open or tear a chunk out of you while cooking the wound, all thisd in a fraction of a second. Its not unlike being shot with an exploding bullet.

It will be banned soon. There is already a big fuzz about it in England.

I think it was originally meant for industrial use.

Besides, at least I would not know what useful or fun could I do with it, besides looking at it for few seconds.
