Small yellow Tentacle ID request, and convex mushroom ID request

I see these yellow tentacles everywhere lately. They appear to grow exclusively on dead fallen logs. Finally got some good pictures today, not easy. They grow in little clusters, and sometimes there will be a big patch in a line on a log.

This mushroom was either found on the woody forest floor or fruiting directly from a log...can't remember. You can see the tree it may have been on in the background.
