HBWR seeds -- toxicity (?)

yeh, so does anyone really know (and have info to back up) about the toxicity of hawaiian baby woodrose seeds? ive been reading and reading up on it online and cant seem to find an oucne of info on it, other than the fact that it IS somewhat toxic aloong with hallucinogenic. I am also yet to encounter any info on anyone having any long term problems with it. If anyone has any info on the toxicity of HBWR seeds, please post about it. thanks.

yes they are deadly poison...they will kill you dead...thats after your balls rot off and you go crazy....

Hbwr are only toxic is you swallow them, sublingual isnt toxic.

There are cyanogenic glycosides in the seeds, but it's not a high enough concentration to kill you in a normal dose.

I chew them all the time with no problem if they are scrapped corrctly and not more tha 2-8 seeds are used.

I posted a lengthy paper on woodrose at http://www.nansnook.com in my forum there called Tales of the Shroom in the journals section with photos of the seeds and many first hand reports published from a journal. And the chemistry of them.> Btw, they are from India, not hawaii and were only brought to Hawaii as an ornamental.

Where did you get your info. The same info I just posted above is also here at the shroomery int he archives. Use the search engines before you make statements of which you apparently are not aware of.

I dont know about that mj. I had a really bad experience with HBWR. I was tripping hard, but i felt sober at the same time, then i passed out, woke up and threw up. then i felt like i was gonna die. I think they may be bad for certain people. Just extract from morning glories or something.

I also passed out for a few second period on these things.. I felt like i was choking or something. btw this was on only 5 seeds.
If you ask me theyre not much fun at all just a big body buzz which is not pleasant in the first place

WOmen who eat the woodrose find the body buss high very sexual and orgasmic. If the seeds are properly cleaned they will be fine in anyones system.

HEre is the alkaloidal content of morning glories and of woodrose. The large woodrose seeds people sell have no active compounds in them at all. Only the baby ones do
And morning glories only contain

Why would you eat so muych seeds to get off. The morning glories also make one sick/

and as I noted here in these forums, I have sdose more than a thhousand people while living in Hawaii for twelve years. I sold seeds to most major distributors on the mainland foer many years.

HBWR seeds are pleasant when the outer brown shell is removed, then the innters crushed and swallowed. There are many extraction techniques that provide a cleaner out come if done correctly.
do a search for the extraction methods on erowid.org.
