Do you go to a gym, or do you just workout at your place?

I can't stand gyms, so am trying to do as much as I can here at home.  I have seen decent results, just need to pay more attention to my diet and I should be good.

My wife and I have a membership at a gym where we also go for yoga classes pretty regularly, but I also work out at home at least half the time. I like to alternate between weights and yoga generally, but only really started getting into weight machines relatively recently, before I did a lot of martial arts type workouts and youtube workout videos such as hasfit.

Im not actually a powerlifter at all, more into chin ups, pushups, squats, burpees, that kind of thing.

I am actually really skinny in my own eyes, I used to weight 190 at my peak but now I am down to 170 and Its extremely hard for me to gain weight.

I am not a powerlifter either, I do calisthenic workouts with lots of cardio (cycling/running) throughout the week.  I was just talking with someone about yoga the other day, how I would like to incorporate some of it into my routine, especially since the winter is coming up I think that would give me enough time to actually learn some of it.

You look good though, keep it up.

Thank you. :cheers:I cant recommend yoga highly enough. Mixing yoga in with your weights prevents injury and  makes your body function so much better. If i neglect it my back always gets fucked up.

Now that I finished a long workout I was considering playing video games (witcher 2) but I decided I should bike to the gym and have a long steam because winter is almost here and it might be my last chance for a bike ride, and I never use the steam room and I should to get my money's worth from my gym membership.

I will try to meditate and play  video games when I get home. If I manage all that It will have been a great day.
