how to make the speakers and bluetooth work again on an iphone?

was playing music in the shower and my lifeproof case has a small opening on the silent/ringer on switch, so i think a tiny bit of water got in there. it started malfunctioning today and kept crashing, but is fine now except for the speakers and bluetooth. it will stream music on the screan but the volume buttons are faulty, and wont play anything from the speakers. i should also mention it conencts to the radio, but there's no sound from my car speakers either.

right now it's sitting in a back of rice with the back off of it. anything else i should do?

I got water in the headphone hole once and it took a couple days before it didn't think there were headphones plugged in.

so like it just went back to normal after a while?

i opened the back. maybe that will make it go faster in the rice. how long does it take this way, like a day?

It took a couple days. It was just a rain drip that found its way into the hole, I don't take showers with my phone.

well that lifeproof case was pretty awesome up until it developed a tear in the rubber part

Have you tried turning it off, and then turning it back on?

I would get one but I have some shitty generic phone they don't make em for. I think it'd be sweet to just bring your phone in the shower lol

it's cool. i used to just chuck my phone into lakes and pools because i could, and to watch people's reactions when they see a phone go into water. can't do that anymore though..
