Philly Cheese Steaks

Anyone got any good recipes for cheese steaks?

I want to see some good philly cheese steak recipes in here. I don't have one...but i seek one. I seek one that kicks ass...a special recipe that goes the extra mile...

i found these and i will try them...but i want to assimilate your stoner recipes into the cheese steak collective...

I skip the bell peppers in this one, and also add some chili powder for a liitle zest. I like to cook the meet until it's still a little pink, to ensure tenderness. Hehe.

i just tryed out that recipe....Mmmmm very tasty  :thumbup: I might make another one later.

shroomism: i don't know about up in philly..but i've been reading these different recipes and alot of people seem to use it. I say fuck that shit though.

i think the traditional cheese is the cheez wiz type cheese.but i dont think they use the actual cheezwiz brand since it sucks so bad.but in philly you can get any cheese you want on it in most places.

ah well I had a south philly style steak and cheese last night and it was good.. they didn't use cheez wiz but they did use a melty-type of cheddar cheese.

Yes. Both Pat's and Gino's in Philly use cheez whiz. its the only way to go :wink:
