Why netflix/subscriptions produce better TV

Because they dont have any fucking networks and advertisers cramming morals and other PC bullshit down there throats and constantly changing shows for the sake of money.
Netflix allows showrunners to create the show they envisioned. Messages, themes and true art can be created without having to tone it down and cut out things that are to deep and meaningful for audiences.
Like look at House of Cards and Orange is the new black. Amazingly deep shows that are just ridiculously good.
Who even started the whole political correctness. Fucking ruining the world and its not going away.

i never thought of it that way, but u're right.
there's so much potential
what i like about cable/satellite television tho is that i can just flip through the channels until i find something i like, this especially serves me well when i am too stoned to look for a specific program. all the work is already done for me, all i have to do is sit on my ass and press a button.
the only problem imho is that it is so damn expensive. like, chill the fuck out mothafuckers. spread some love.

subscription based TV programming is way better in so many ways. basically, TV is just the Radio, things like Hulu and Netflix are the next wave of programming...muahahahaha.

lol, this may sound ridicules but imagine if there was a feature on netflix whee you could flick through the shows and each show started at the 5 minute mark so it would jump right into the action. To simulate the tv experience

i do it all, watch free movies online, netflix, cable, etc., and it's like they each have their own advantages. i can do with one, but if i had the choice, i'd choose all of the above.
