What, so you guys are just gonna deny the racism is happening and that blacks don't get discriminated against?

She hit the nail right on the head. The problem needs to be addressed head first, not subtly. No white first lady can get the effect that Obama has. She's part of them, she suffered like them and she can honestly talk without sounding like an old white bigoted racist.

Everyone gets discriminated against, for our looks, age, skills, talent, education, criminal record, wealth, ect.

Really, graduating from Princeton, Harvard Law sounds just horrible, and then 6 years in the White House, what a struggle.

Seriously. I'm not exactly enamored with Obama either but he has some good things. Most recently, he stopped giving military equipment to police departments. I don't know about you, but I think that's a great idea. Maybe you like the cops running towns and cities looking, acting and with the equivalent firepower of an occupying force, but I sure don't. Funny how that's not being mentioned here.

Her main focus is race, but I still don't see how she's being racist. She is speaking at a black college about being black in America, voting, and being your own "cavalry". Seems to me like she is trying to inspire graduates to be the change.

Regardless of how you feel about the POTUS, his wife or any of the people you named, the speech that the OP is talking about is not a racist rant, imo. It seems like people just grasp at anything so they can condemn the Obamas for racism, when the Obamas are just connecting with black people through blackness. They have also connected with white people, latinos, etc. That should be obvious enough, since Barack was voted into office twice.
