Yeah, there are a lot of examples which are really far fetched.  Some of it is interesting, some comical :smile:

Its people like this who are valiant soliders in the "war on drugs"  sad really...

does anybody remember that report taht was going around a while ago about placed drug offenders are likely to hide drugs. one of the examples stated taht law enforcement checked the inside of eggs in thge refrigerator. this has a similar ring to it. i'd laugh my ass off if i was searched by a cop in taht mannor. i would also take careful inventory of every action in the event taht an overzealous officer violated the law, my civil rights, or even made a clear violation of proceedure. it's just a bit rediculous, more than a bit funny, and even more sad.

Cops are usually pretty intelligent, and are trained to look for suspicious behavior. I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard to tell a drug trafficker from a Jesus lover....but I guess you never can tell.

"Bo - street gang term for marijuana."
"Mary Jane - marijuana"
lol! :lol:
In all the years I've smoked, I've never heard it called "bo"!
As for "Mary Jane", I heard it called that on an ancient rerun of "Dragnet"!  Groovy, man!

from what i've heard, in some cases you can actualy hurt your chances of entering the law enforcement field by testing too high academicaly, so i'd not overestimate the intelligence of teh average police officer; though, i'd not underestimate them either.

"1 FEMALE - Most females will not travel alone and if you see this it should be a major indication of trafficking. However, as usual, the traffickers have figured out that this looks suspicious and have gone to using 2 or more females as described below. Still though, keep your eyes open for a lone female driver.

2 OR MORE FEMALES - Most of the time, women will have someone traveling with them. Sometimes they are going to music concerts or to visit friends or family. Most of the time there will be three or four going together to concerts. Most often than not they will have a user amount of drugs with them. Normally, if a woman is in her late teens or early twenties, and is traveling with another woman of the same age, it's a good indication that they may be running drugs. Most older women, 30 and up, will drive alone when trafficking, or they will have children with them as a cover. Children could be an indicator as well. How old is the child? Is he/she school age? If so, why isn't he/she in school? "


so if you are a woman, 17 to 25 or older, driving alone or with another person, with your children or someone of any age you are  just screwed, or felt up. at least thats how I read it.

Under 'Indications of Marijuana Use...' they state being calm could be a sign of marijuana use OR body tremors. During a stop its either one or the other, these could act as universal indicators to pin potsmoking on anyone. Almost EVERYONE gets nervous during a traffic stop. You're on the highway and cars are passing by 60+, cop comes up to your car and shines a light in your eyes, would you be nervous too?

I have also heard of the lack of a nervous look being an indicator of a DUI, the cops will actually look for that during a stop, if you display signs of being calm, they will come to the conclusion that you know how to act during a stop when drunk.

This seemed odd to find under 'Drug offenders will often:' Have police oriented, D.A.R.E. or religious bumper stickers.

Seems that any type of driver could have multiple indicators like this.
