Bulk: Straw/ store Poo

Straw- been out in elements and is wet but it's winter...okay?
Store bought Poo
Qt. Rye Spawn

Pasturize a poo and straw mixture for one hour at between 160-180 F

When poo and straw combo cools, mix in spawn

Case top and bottom with 1/2" Peat Moss-Verm-Crushed Oyser Shell-Gypsum casing mixture

Cover casing tray with garbage bag which you have poked a few holes in

Once even myc. breakthrough has occured, place in fruiting chamber as you would with "regular" casings

Does this look reasonable, if I am careful?

That sounds nice, i'm sure theres a little more to it like draining and adding moisture to the casing ect but thats probably common sense stuff you know already.
