If you call them and say their service is shit and your not getting what your paying for and you can get the same service for X amount through a another provider they will lower your bill. You can get 30 bucks or more taken off your bill every month if you call them and do this. Sometimes they even throw in free sports packages or free hbo.

I wouldn't even recommend acting like a dick. I would just concern my problem in a firm and reasonable way and I get it lowered every time.

Call them and save you some cash money home pickett.
