Don't ask me just ask anyone who's ever worked out.  Decline bench is terrible for your shoulders.  It's literally pushing them out.  My buddy who can bench 315 for 10 tore it that way.  Also exercising is me against myself so you don't really seem like a winner in any way fuck tard.  You seem kinda defensive was i on the ball with the number?

There are multiple bodybuilders in my family that do only decline and incline for the last 15 years. Flat is shoulder injury century and hardest on the rotator cuffs. I don't need your opinion new guy. Keep doing what you do. It is not literally pushing them out either. decline puts the least stress on the shoulders out of flat and incline. dont listen to me though. ill wait till you tear your shoulder up doing flat  :burke:
