you best read a few faq, there are links to them at the top of this page. You are in no hurry as both will store for a while in a cool, daqrk place. Good luck, and if you have any questions after youve done some faq questions, just ask.

and go here for some reading too click here

Ok, first you need to inocultate it with the spore syringe, you
do this by flame sterlizing the needle untill it glows red at the
tip, then cool and stick the needle into the bag, if yours has an
injection port, this is were you do it, if it doesnt, you need to inject into the substrate. Then seal the hole you made using tape,
electrical tape works fine for this. You then mix the bag up to
mix in the spores you added through one small pin hole.

You then place the bag in a dark place like a cuboard.
Then you need to incubate it at 80-85?f, though room temp will
be fine, it will just take longer, dont let it get too hot
or too cold, and dont let too much light on it.

Come back with more questions when its nice and white, if you havent learnt to use the search feature by then...

You need to mix the substrate until it is about the consistency of potting soil... after inoculation. Make sure you inoculate near the plastic sides of the bags instead of the middle of the substrate.

Here's a good grow log.

You'd be surprised how much you can mash a bag. They are strong. Yeah, it it wet ang gooey but it will become more like potting soil as you mash it.

Also, if the bag has a black inoculation port, you don't have to tape over the hole after you inject.

Up to you. You may get a faster colonization time if you use an entire syringe.

you certainly do not need to use a whole syringe... 2 cc's should be fine. Of course you may get faster colonization, however if you use an entire syringe, you may introduce too much water into the bag and develop water on the bottom of the bag
