Went out looking for grifola frondosa (couldn't find any). Just as I was about to turn back I saw this sparassis (crispa?) !!!!
Anyone got any good recipes?

Oh yum! That's one of my favorites! I like to slice them up and cook them with a white sauce, best noodle dish ever.
