I don't think that Asante said that he was -- and / or is -- much more important than anybody else.  He -- simply -- has just been acknowledging being a servant of God without stating that he believes himself more important than others (at least, from what I saw in this thread).

Being a servant of God doesn't necessarily 'make an individual so much more important than anybody else' (nor does identifying as a servant of God make oneself believe and / or exclaim that he / she is much more important than anybody else).

The bottom-line is that I am simply defending Asante because he never exclaimed in this thread -- not even once -- that 'he is more important than anybody else' due to his position as servant of God.  An individual can -- in my opinion and belief -- have an important position (such as being a 'servant of God') while remaining humble and not believing that the individual is much more important than anybody else.

^^^ Just my 2 cents.

If one is truly a servant, one tends to be humble. Then again, real servants shy away from boasting about their status.

Better question: Why not?

Why not laugh at people who start talking about God like it actually means something, like there is deep meaning behind the word "God"

"God" is just a figment of imagination of mankind, its nothing more and nothing less.

Unless God doesn't actually exist, It's merely your own opinion -- and not fact -- that God is 'an imaginary Christian figure' and that Asante is a 'servant to an imaginary Christian figure'.  You have no more evidence to back up God not existing than Asante (or others -- like myself) have 'as evidence for God actually existing'.

As far as Christianity goes, Jesus Christ -- according to the Bible -- was an entirely humble 'messenger of God' in His time, and was so humble that He accepted -- without fighting -- his destiny in His first lifetime as a literally 'broke, homeless beggar who brings the Word of God to the persons of Planet Earth without getting anything so far as money or housing for sharing the knowledge of the Lord God Almighty, as well as Jesus Christ Himself -- and all of Christianity -- with the persons of Planet Earth'.

Jesus Christ was so humble, that -- even when He was falsely accused by his so-called 'friend' and was sent to be crucified, He accepted it gracefully and did not fight back and merely let it happen as his destiny proclaimed would happen.

The bottom-line is that: if Jesus Christ existed (and still exists), and if the Lord God Almighty existed (and still exists), and if Jesus Christ was (and still is) a 'messenger for God', then -- as opposed to Uzziel's acknowledgement that one cannot be a humble servant of an 'imaginary God' -- one can be a humble servant of God (as Jesus Christ proved).

And -- for the amazing sacrifices that Jesus Christ made in His time -- Christ was given complete mercy and endless love and paradise and providence and safety in Heaven for the rest of eternity.

When it comes to me -- I'd rather live by believing in the truth of the Holy Trinity and of the Bible and Christianity and have a spot in Heaven saved for me (by living as the Holy Trinity and the Bible and Christianity proclaim to be the proper way to live) than to live believing that some, most or all of Christianity is non-existent and to live however I want (regardless of what Christianity proclaims) and just hope that I don't get punished / suffer / be sent to Hell or to live in Purgatory in the event that I am wrong about the truth of Christianity and wrong as to the proper, sin-less, blasphemy-less way of living proclaimed by Christianity.

Better safe than sorry, in my opinion.  But -- also -- I, personally, am not a 'user of Christianity' -- meaning, I don't fake belief just to get my spot in Heaven, but -- rather -- I actually believe all of Christianity within my heart and soul and live it every day.

That's just my opinion.

I don't know how you missed the part that I wrote right after 'Better safe than sorry, in my opinion' -- if you did miss it, that is.  I said 'Better safe than sorry' just because -- if it came down to it -- I WOULD rather be safe than sorry.  But, because I am not Christian just to be 'safe', that part does not matter as much as the rest of what I said after that.

Also -- I never said you would burn in hell forever (and -- also -- it is not my place to decide -- or guess -- who will go to Hell and who will go to Heaven, so, I don't bring that up).

Being 'noble', in my opinion, is to do what I am doing -- being a legitimate, 100%-Christianity-believing (not fibbing or lying about that in any way, shape and / or form) messenger and warrior / protector of the Lord God Almighty, proclaimed as such by the Lord God Almighty Himself through direct statements of His to myself.

So, unless God decides that I belong in Hell or Purgatory for whatever reason(s), I believe that -- due to my sacrifices in my existence and complete-and-utter, 100% honest devotion to -- and worship of -- the Holy Trinity and the Bible and Christianity (as stated in the Bible and proclaimed by Jesus Christ Himself and also proclaimed by the Lord God Almighty Himself) -- I will have earned a place in Heaven for myself.  That is simply what I believe.

And -- the last thing I would want to do is to piss off Jesus Christ.  Some people may think Him 'weak' due to being crucified and not fighting back, but, let me tell you -- Jesus Christ is 100% hardcore and 0% weak.  As Jesus Christ is God Incarnate, He is obviously -- in my belief, anyway -- able to successfully fend for Himself when it comes to a fight / battle / war with absolutely anybody and everybody who wishes to harm and / or kill Jesus Christ.

(this is what the Christian Devil's face looks like when Jesus Christ proclaims that He is going to eradicate the Devil: :uhoh:)

Organized religion is usually very corrupt and mislead by humans greed. You Don't have to be religious to believe in god. :facepalm3: to all you stubborn people reading into things that aren't there. Asante has not once said he is more or less important than anyone else, you nay sayers are actually the only ones I have seen say that. Also, depending on your spiritual views, one could argue we are all equally important servants of god as we all directly and indirectly effect each other.

And Morrowasted, what is the point of having an intense mind opening spiritual experience if one just keeps it to himself, that seems quite selfish to me. Asante risked "persecution" from all you judgmental people in the hopes his shared experience would positively effect others. What is not humble about that? All you people raging about this are the selfish non humble ones IMO.

I think all this Christianity talk is making it harder for people to take this seriously, as I have tried to explain before there is a huge difference between spirituality and religion. One could aargue almost everyone is spiritual in their own way, unless you are a young close minded fool. Since the dawn of man people have believed in higher powers, for legitimate reasons and not. Even if there arent, what harm does believing do? Especially when you are sharing your beliefs to positively influence others.

A lot of people in this thread should be ashamed of themselves, It's pretty mindboggling how a website devoted to entheogens could have so many close minded pricks. Its kind of funny but mostly sad how so many people are blasting Asantes beliefs as if he is preaching to us all, when really you could argue the only people pushing their beliefs are the ones arguing against him.

I told this already. God asked me if I wanted an object on my home altar to represent It. I said yes and was told to get my christian friend and together go to a specific location and buy something, and to put it in a certain way on my altar.

What it does, is represent God. No magical powers of the artifact were alleged or expected. The journey however will serve to strengthen the faith of my christian friend and me, because we both have obstacles to overcome in the getting of it.

The journey will be a transformative experience and on my altar we'll put something we both feel God requested us to put there making it, to us personally, Holy.

Wiccan, I get your message loud and clear but I would advise to use this frame of mind for something greater than Shroomery posts..

Write a book and become a figure like Eckhart Tolle or something of the sorts.
There's plenty of broken people out there eatin self-help stuff right now.

You have a nice way with rhetoric and I think if you focus moreso on a technique or frame of mind and less on prophecy/god, you may truly be an instrument of god as you claim to be.
Throwing the word god around rubs some people the wrong way, if you haven't noticed

People here will probably bash and say your technique is just drug use, but if your faith in what you claim is sure, there's a way to be in that state sober.

Or write your book high as shit and edit later :awesome:

TGA, you really should read this thread better. I stated repeatedly that I'm no more special than any of us and that anyone who truly asks and truly is ready to listen can enter a personal dialogue with God.

I genuinely believe, truly ask and apparently am ready to receive, thats what got me this dialogue, and I am asked explicitly to share it with the Shroomery.

We are an Entheogens community but almost no one is reporting about their entheogenic experiences,m the genuine awakening of Divinity within them.

It happens to tons of members here, especially on the Shroomery, but most are asked to keep it to themselves and they fear the ridicule this thread is packed to the brim with. I am explicitly asked to relate my experiences here and take the ridicule and rejection as part of the experience.

TheGreenArrow, you are a Son of God. A Deity in your own right, who is advancing towards Godhood. You are as valuable and essential as anything and everything. When our souls come of age, we shall be a God of an entire big-bang universe and become part of the communion of Gods.

Each choice you make in any of your lives either puts you a step closer or further from achieving Godhood and you will reincarnate until you get it right.

Thats how important you are. How important we all are. How can any one of us possibly be more or less important than that?

You don't have to take my word for it, in fact please don't. Instead try to establish a dialogue with our Higher Self. Its linked all the way up to the all-uniting principle, that which is either the Universe as One, or, God.

Enter the dialogue. Be that fool. See where it takes you.

The path before me is very simple. Receive the message, separate it from my own tainting of it, assess it with my God given common sense and then, if it passes the test, do as told. Being a servant as in " doing as told" but not unquewstioningly or blindly, very consciously.

And really, at this poit one of the things it wants me to do is report it in Shroomery posts.

We are an Entheogenic community. Among the recreational users are quite a number of people who as serious about the Divinity these substances evoke as I. Theres a use to this. It will become clear to us later on.

I'm not sure you kept tabs on my posts but just about anything I post about, no matter of how right or wrong or commonsense or farfetched has met with people being rubbed the wrong way. Its me that rubs them the wrong way, regardless of what I say. It hasnt stopped me before and it won't now. I suffer it, I learn from it, I move on, thats how it was and will be. I'm not doing it for them, but for the many who do mean me well.

Let them. They bash me for any reason just cause they like to, thats how it is for 12 years now.

Just so you know, my last session was almost a week ago. the one before it, three weeks before that one and the one before that, spaced two weeks. Inbetween I am stone cold sober. Not one joint. No benzos anymore because I'm no longer afraid. And in my sober stretches the God force speaks just as clearly, the miraculous keeps on happening. Sessions result in new impulse but there is always momentum.

Its not the drug doing this, and no its not psychosis either, I make way too much sense for that.
